At Ostēr the only thing you can ever really expect to be the same is your exceptional hosts.

Food.

Micro-local produce is a given. The rest is a journey guided by seasonality, availability of produce, and a little bit by mood. 

Wine.

The wine list holds its own space. All Australian wines from either organic, sustainable or biodynamic wineries. Some a nod to traditional European varieties, some very boldly local. With over half of the list by the glass, be brave and allow us to take you on a trip.
